Look up the bill with the email address on the invoice and the Two Hearts invoice number. If a balance is open, the Pay online button opens the secure card payment page.

Can I pay before the service or on the wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wedding officiating invoices can be paid before the wedding day or on the day of the wedding, unless a different written arrangement was made.

What if I paid by Zelle, cash, check, or bank transfer?

Offline payments are recorded by Two Hearts and credited to the same invoice history, so the balance stays clear.

Question 4

Why do I need both email and invoice number?

Accepted Answer

This keeps the lookup private. The portal does not show anything unless both entries match the invoice record.
