Who you are contracting with

Two Hearts is operated by Leo Carter & Tarran Carter (Two Hearts) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership or counseling session you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to tarrancarter@outlook.com.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles the payment transaction, tax calculation and collection where applicable, and billing-related customer support on our behalf. Stripe's terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

What you get

• A membership ($29 per month or $249 per year, per couple) covering both partners: assessments, guided programs, daily rituals, conflict tools, and progress tracking.
• Optional pastoral counseling sessions purchased individually ($95) or in packs ($340 for four, $640 for eight), delivered as 50-minute video sessions.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Not therapy, not a crisis service

Our counselors are ordained pastors with decades of marriage-counseling experience. They are not licensed mental health clinicians. Two Hearts provides pastoral relationship support and educational content. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for licensed therapy or emergency care. If you or your partner are in danger, contact local emergency services or a domestic violence hotline.

Acceptable use

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.
• One membership covers one couple. Do not share credentials outside your relationship or resell access.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to breach security, scrape the service, or record counseling sessions without written consent.
• Treat counselors and other members with respect.

Intellectual property

All programs, prompts, assessments, workbooks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership. You keep ownership of the content you write in the app; you grant us the limited right to store and display it to you, your paired partner where you have chosen to share it, and your assigned counselor.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, abusive conduct toward counselors or partners, fraudulent payment activity, or where required by law. Where the breach is not serious we will normally warn you first. You may close your account at any time. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and outcomes vary between couples; we do not guarantee any particular relationship result. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, for active members, notified by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
