Refund Policy

Our 30-day promise

Leo Carter & Tarran Carter (Two Hearts) offers a full refund on any purchase within 30 days of the transaction date if Two Hearts is not right for you. Email tarrancarter@outlook.com with the email address used at checkout and we will process the refund.

Memberships

• Monthly and annual memberships are refundable in full within 30 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Counseling sessions and packs

• Unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Session packs are refunded pro rata: we deduct the single-session price ($95) for each session already held and refund the remainder.
• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are returned to your credit balance. Sessions missed without notice are treated as held.
• Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.

How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are submitted within 2 business days and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Beyond 30 days

We still want to hear from you. Contact tarrancarter@outlook.com and we will review requests outside the window case by case, including billing errors and duplicate charges, which we always correct.
