- What is marriage mentoring?
- Marriage mentoring pairs a couple with a more experienced couple who has already walked the road. It is relational and practical rather than clinical: you bring the real week you just had, and your mentors help you handle it differently next week.
- How is marriage mentoring different from marriage counseling?
- Counseling in the clinical sense treats disorders and is done by licensed therapists. Mentoring is guidance from a seasoned couple — accountability, skills, honest feedback and encouragement. Two Hearts is pastoral mentoring; when a couple needs clinical care we say so.
- Who is marriage mentoring for?
- Engaged couples preparing well, newlyweds in the first hard year, long-married couples who have drifted, blended families working out roles, and couples rebuilding after trust was broken.
- How often do we meet?
- Most couples start with four 50-minute sessions every other week, then move to monthly. Between sessions the app gives you daily rituals, conversation guides and conflict first aid so momentum does not depend on the next appointment.
- What does marriage mentoring cost?
- $95 per 50-minute session, $340 for four, $640 for eight. The app for both partners is $29 per month or $249 per year.
