How is the travel fee calculated?

Couples who completed their premarital counseling with Two Hearts pay the flat $300 with no mileage charge. For other couples, the first 30 miles are included and mileage beyond that is billed at the standard gas rate of $0.70 per mile, round trip, unless other arrangements are made with the pastor. Mileage is always measured from 1215 Park Pass Way, Suwanee, GA 30024 to the venue where the wedding takes place.

Who pays for the pastors' hotel?

As with most wedding planners, the wedding party arranges and pays for our lodging when the venue is more than 100 miles from Suwanee, when the drive is over two hours one way, or when the wedding is outside Georgia. We never add a lodging charge to your bill; the wedding party books the room the night before the ceremony.

Does the pastor attend our rehearsal?

Yes, when you ask for it. Rehearsal attendance is $75 and covers walking your party through the order of service.

When and how do we pay?

Nothing is due when you apply. After we confirm your date and review your premarital counseling, we send a written invoice by email. Payment may be made any time before the wedding, or on the day of the wedding.

What if we have to change or cancel our date?

Tell us as soon as you know. If we are available on the new date we move your booking at no extra charge; only travel already booked would be billed.

Yes. Every couple must complete premarital counseling before we officiate. It can be with Pastors Leo and Tarran Carter, or with another pastor or counselor whose completion we can confirm.

Will you travel to our venue?

Yes. We officiate at your chosen venue — church, garden, hall, backyard, or destination. A travel fee applies beyond 30 miles and for weddings outside Georgia.
